Free Zoom Webinar on Practical Aspects of the New
and Revised Fla. R. Civ. P. 

 

Now that the Florida Supreme Court has revised the new rules which take effect on January 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m., the Fort Lauderdale Chapter of ABOTA will present a 120-minute interactive discussion with Kara Rockenbach Link, Esq., and Paul R. Regensdorf, Esq., about possible impacts and practical considerations in following the new and amended rules. Moderated by Tammy Alvarez, Esq.

 

The webinar will be presented on the Zoom platform and is free for all to attend from across Florida.
